Winco Stainless Steel Solid Turner, 14-Inch

I like that it is 14 inches long and flexible so it can be used as a spatula to turn grilled cheese, burgers, fish, or chicken cutlets in a frying pan. I also use it as a wok spatula for my flat bottom stainless steel wok to do stir frying. Since it is stainless steel clean up is a breeze. I use a scrub sponge to get off stuck on particles and then put it in the dish washer.

First of all, I asked the question which is posted about flex. Whoever answered has probably never handled or used this spatula, luckily, since I ordered it anyway based on a hunch. It is very thin with a nice flex. You can easily break apart ground meat with it, but it is really thin and excellent for sliding under delicate food. Still strong enough for burgers though. I primarily cook with cast iron, and I love that the corners of this are slightly rounded, instead of squared, easier to scrape the edges of the pan when releasing fond. I only gave it 4 stars, because the handle is not super comfy, but if you enjoy good cooking tools, don't let that dissuade you. I am ordering at least one more, for when this one is in the washer. Besides this turner, I use the winco fish turner, most of the other spatulas in my kitchen get ignored.

I love the springy movement of the metal. The edges are a little sharp for my cast iron but I know they’ll gradually soften. Good quality stainless steel made in India, not China.

Cheap feeling. Would not buy again.

This is great for over easy eggs and delicate food to turn. EAsy to clean and store.
