    Tasty tasty amino acids

Well there are certainly MUCH cheaper ways to get large doses of L-Glutamine, but I haven't found a tastier way yet.  I have to say these things are almost addictive.  Its like eating giant sweet tarts but without the sugar.  And that's a very handy thing when you are carb free dieting and looking for something to kill the random sugar craving.  Glutamine is pretty much tasteless so you can mix it with just about anything and get a satisfactory dosing experience as far as palatability goes, but these Power Chews take enjoyable supplementation to another level.  As far as efficacy goes, its too early to tell, but I will be ordering more of these so I can be sure to find out.  My kids love these things too and they each get one or two with their daily vitamins and fish oils.

The cews are Tums-like wafers with the exceptions that they are neither chalky or lacking in flavor. Each one packs a considerable amount of flavor and are actually quite delicious (if only antacid tablets tasted so good!). I keep a bag full of these in my drawer at work and in the top of my protein shaker for days I forget to dump a scoop of glutamine in with my protein, which gives me a convenient (and tasty) way to get a quick dose of glutamine.

I should have read more about these, they are hard like a vitamin and the flavors are tart. Not bad things just was expecting a chew to be chewy kind of like a starburst.
