A bit skeptical at first because it’s such a simple item. It has several levels of elevation depending on the stretch you’re trying to achieve. I found that the low setting is actually more than enough to achieve results. Make sure the correct side is under your lower back. Once you lie down on it you will definitely feel the pulling sensation on your back.

This back stretcher is amazing! I have a slight bulging disc in my lower back and if I strain my back, the muscles all tense up and cause a lot of pain. This back stretcher is well made, easy to put together, and gives a gentle stretch when used on the first setting. I can't recommend this product enough!

I ordered this back stretcher because I have been having some bad lower back pain. I sit in a desk all day and this really helps! I wanted a more holistic approach so I got this instead of using medicine. I use it on my chair or on the floor and it doesn’t bend at all! The padding in the middle is really comfortable too! It honestly is really great quality. My husband used it and it didn’t bend at all! Definitely recommend
