They work in the same way bath gloves or mitts work. They do exfoliate and remove some dead skin but not like advertised. I bought them because a friend had bought some and recommened them but I found this deal they looked the same so I went ahead and bought these. They are very thin and like I said they dont remove as much as they advertise. Everyone is different so perhaps I dont have as much dead skin or maybe it is the quality of material. In any case they work as well as shower gloves. I am going to but the more expensive ones to see if it's me or just the thickness of material. I will update later.

Liked there are 2 gloves and I scrubbed my body down and the results is smooth skin.
