I just finished using my 30 day supply of I-Remove and was very impressed. I decided to try it after a friend suggested it. To be honest, when she mentioned it, I wasn't so sure since I don't typically like taking weight loss supplements. But, I researched it and was impressed by the fact that it's natural. I also liked the fact that you take it AFTER eating, since most weight loss supplements want you to take it before (which I could never remember). So right from the start I felt like it would set me up for success - at least to remember to take it!Since I was starting the Whole 30 I decided I'd see how things would go if I added this in with my W30 eating plan. Mind you, I did not add exercise into my program this month. I was focused on resetting my food choices. (One thing at a time!) What I was most curious about was any impact it would have on body fat, especially since I was not exercising. Well, the results are in! I checked the scale this morning and lost more than 10 lbs (more than I expected) and what's even more exciting... my body fat percentage is DOWN by 3%! I'm sure if I was exercising along with the eating plan and taking I-Remove my results would have been even more dramatic! I've only had this product for about 2 weeks, so I cannot speak on it's weight loss effects fairly, but what I can say is that this supplement has greatly helped my digestive system. I have severe IBS and this supplement has truly helped my IBS. To me it is better than any probiotic, laxative, and even Linzess. It's great!

I have been taking the I•Remove for two weeks now. I have lost a total of 7 lbs, without drastically changing my eating habits. I have not experienced any negative gastrointestinal side effects from using I•Remove. You have to drink your water!!! Or else you will feel a little bloated and constipated. I did not notice an increase in my energy levels. I like the fact that you take your 2 pills after your three big meals. It's easier for me remember that way, although the app does come in handy for reminders. It has curbed my appetite for mindless snacking. I'm satisfied with the product and will buy another box when I am finished with the first one. Update: I am now down 10 lbs and several inches. This has been such a confidence booster for me!! I have already ordered a second box as I couldn't find I•Remove at my local Walgreens. This stuff is amazing and I feel so good about myself!

I purchased this product and started documenting (via video and daily journal) the performance. So far, I've been EXTREMELY PLEASED with the results. I decided to put this product to the "test", not as part of a reduced diet to lose weight, but rather, I wanted to see if it helps me lose weight even without me changing my diet. Additionally, I'm not a big "exercise" person. I've kept a daily journal to document any negative side effects and the results that I'm seeing. Additionally, I created a video the first day I started on the program, and have been updating the video every two weeks.I've been taking the I-Remove product as directed for the past 3 weeks and am thrilled with the results! Over the past 10+ years I've tried so many products (Alli, Hydroxy Cut, Slimfast, Lipo 6, Garcinia, etc.) and found either the side effects were way too bad or they just didn't work for me. Alli had the absolute worst side effects - please read the warnings and believe it, while the other supplements made me jittery or nauseous. Did you know that this costs 70 bucks at the pharmacy. Rediculous. As far as weight loss goes, i didnt experience much. But i believe its a good tool to use with diet. This makes you go poop 3 pluse times a day. I find it inconvenient at times when i dont want to have to run to the bathroom at the time. But no stomach pain. I seems to speeds up your digestive system. I like it. And ill continue to use it as long as it stays 35 bucks on amazon.

I decided to try this product on a friend's recommendation to see if it would help kickstart my diet and it definitely helped. As the insert says, drink PLENTY of water. I was uncomfortable for the first couple of days but then when I got on track it was easy peasy. I also found that it helped with my satiety.

I just finished my first pack of I-Remove and I am satisfied with the results. What enticed me most about this product was that it is all natural and its ingredients aren't anything harmful. The first few days I had trouble with remembering to take the pills right after eating but after a few days its easier. I started a low carb diet with these pills but did not exercise with it. Being on these pills and following a low carb diet I lost about 9lbs with it which felt great! To me these pills seemed like more of a fiber pill than anything. I would definitely purchase them again.

Don't waste your money! I am careful with my nutrition and train for elite level races. When I occasionally splurge, I will take something like this. I saw this product when I was purchasing another product I usually take and decided to give it a try. It isn't worth it and I wish I could get a refund! There was absolutely no difference whatsoever.
