Has anyone used this for home use? What ratio of water to cleaner have you used if you only have to clean a few glasses?

Though I don't know about home use, the ratio is one scoop (appx 1oz) to 3 gal of water. So it would depend on how many glasses you need to clean and how many gallons of water you use.

Can this be used to soak silicone lines in also after racking?

We do just that with very good results.
