Dr. Beasley's MP31T04 Matte Paint Sealant - 4 oz. : desertcart.in: Car & Motorbike Review: Works brilliantly. Obviously had to choose a product for a matte paint car, so no problem with the extra cost. Review: I've had my Mazda 3s with satin matte paint for 2 years now and have been terrified to do any form of sealant as I'd heard the streaking and added-gloss horror stories. But this car is my everyday car, and it felt like the paint was being to lose its durability and a couple tiny paint chips recently appeared. I decided it was time to try something, so I bought Dr. Beasley's matte paint coating. I don't have a garage to pull my car into and work on, so I waited for a nice cool and cloudy day in the late afternoon. I thoroughly washed and cleaned my car, rewetted it and got to work. I started with just a tiny section of the lower skirt (not sure if that is what its called; the long peice under the side doors) so no one be able to see if it didn't work. I used just a standard round foam applicator pad with 3-4 drops of the product. I worked it in circles and wiped it off with a microfiber cloth. At first, it looked to be streaking but as it dried completely the streaks vanished. It looked great honestly, so I did the rest of the car. The process took me about 45 minutes (plus 45 minutes for the initial wash). It was easy to apply on, and easy to wipe up. I will admit it was hard to see a difference section by section but at the end I was nothing short of impressed. My car just looked crisp and fresh, with no added glossing. Its hard to describe the difference in before and after; the best way I can think to word it is the paint just looker newer. My car already was pretty hydrophobic, but the roof recently had lost that property. This coating completely restored it! Water just beads on every surface of my car now. I waited a couple of days before posting this just to make sure it lasted with no side effects. It has! It has been both rainy and sunny and the paint continues to look fantastic! There are no streaks or discoloring as well. I also only used about an 1/8th of the bottle for one entire application, while the price seemed expensive at first glance this small bottle will last me quite a while. I will admit that my car is a bit forgiving when it comes to these things, as it is satin matte and not true matte. It is also metalic silver, and hides things better than a flat black probably would. It is also a painted car and not a wrap, so I don't know how that would impact things. All I know is I'm ecstatic to have found this, and I reccomend you give it a try!

Not to bad-mouth the "competition" but I originally bought the wash, "finish" and detail spray from the C-Guys. Wash is fine. Finish is like mud, hard to remove and streaks. Plus the bottle arrived damaged (not C-Guys fault). Fast forward to Dr Beasleys. I picked and chose and didn't have to spend $150 to get what I needed. But now that I have used it, I gladly would have! First, Matte wheel spray. Magic. Looks phenomenal. Easy on and off and if it helps qwell the brake dust mess at all, it's worth it. Next, this product. The "finish" WOW. Just wow. I recently learned a lot about "ceramic" products. I found a product, that for $50, does the same thing as a $1600 ceramic coating at a shop. This stuff is just as amazing and even more so because it retains the factory matte/satin finish on my Dodge Challenger R/T Shaker 392. Can't say enough about the results

A must for any Matte Paint car

There wasn’t any sponge applicator or Microfibre towel included, although shown in product pictures. Was all set to apply Ceramic coating but will have to now wait for Sponge applicator to be delivered. Felt a bit cheated, as I will now have to order sponge applicator and plan for another day ( a day when it is not going to be raining for atleast 24 hours ).
