How long does the scent last?

It depends on how much oil you put on the felt disc. I also keep my bracelet in my jewelry box and not open to the air. I store all of my discs with the same scent in a tiny size ziploc to help hold the scent.

Is it better to apply oil topically for pain relief rather than diffusing in this bracelet ?

I only use for the smell of the essential oils to help with my migraines and calming during high stress.
