Fun and engaging
What better way to practice reading comprehension and critical thinking skills? This file came in a sealed tamper proof evidence bag and had all the feels of a real case. So much thought and effort was put into this, from the photos to witness statements, as well as piecing together all the evidence. This was simple enough for my 10 year old to play and active role as well as keeping my 14 year old engaged. They cannot wait for the next case file to show up in the email.

Fun way to think as a group
SO... I've had this game sitting for three years unopen until I had the right group to play with. (Bought in 2022) I recently brought it to my easter dinner (2025) and it was a hit. I would say it got serious, we brought out the dry erase board, pencil and paper and thinking hats. In my opinion, this is not suited for a younger crowed, my niece could not say focused, since the case is long and it is a lot of evidence to go through. The INTERNET is REQUIERED that's where you can get clues to help you along, other evidence not included in the package and where to put your answer to who the killer is. I would say as a group of 5 it took us 2.5 hours to complete. The maker of this game thought everything through and I will be ordering another game. Hopefully it won't take me another three years to open.

Well worth it!
Fun case to go through with a lot of little details to ferret out. Definitely worth the money for what turned out to be a well timed, cohesive story where no detail can be missed! Most mysteries give you a recommended “here’s where to start” but I really appreciated the “just jump in” style of this puzzle. One of my favorite parts is when you are done and have figured out the killer, they give you a breakdown of all the suspects and how they could or could not be ruled out. My wife and I loved reading the breakdowns and seeing the ideas we had were right in line with the games creators.Definitely going to be buying more of these!

Fun but over quickly and then what?
My CSI/Forensics obsessed daughter loved this. I cannot give it 5 stars because she had this thing solved in 10 minutes and now what.....in the trash.

Worth it!!
This was an incredibly fun and involved story! This was the group (of 4)’s first Murder Mystery and despite it being a one-time-play, we had an amazing experience and used all of our university degrees. Will definitely buy more variants!

Date night fun
This was a fun date night game for my husband and I. It was well thought out and made you piece things together in a very clever way. It took us about three hours to complete. There was one deciphering code that I thought was a bit far fetched to catch onto and I took a lot of time to decipher once we figured out the code.

Fun and equally challenging!
My wife and I had so much fun solving this mystery together. This makes for entertainment, teamwork, laughs, and great conversations for any group of people.

Clever Mystery
I just finished this and I must say, it was a lot of fun! I found it to be more intelligent and clever than another popular murder mystery game we've played (HAK). We liked that all the evidence had a purpose, although a tiny bit more direction would have been appreciated. It made it more difficult, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. We will probably be buying more!
