What type bearings is included?

The bearings are included inside the skate wheel assembly so it's whatever's included... Not however, they are sufficient for outdoor skating so they are pretty good quality bearings. I wouldn't worry about it.

I wear an 8 1/3. 1 review said they run small and narrow. should i get an 8 or 9? my food is a wide also. will this be an issue?
