Helped me vastly in ways I didn't expect
So i bought this thinking i would use it for pull ups because i can't do them and have a desire to do more than the 3 unassisted pull ups i can just about manage on my own. However the bigger benefit I've found is using this band for stretching, I've definitely increased my mobility and flexibility which I'm enjoying a lot more. Ultimately i bought this for one purpose and found a better use for it in my own circumstances. Its brilliant quality, durable and holds my weight (98kg)

FUNCIONAL Y DE BUENA CALIDAD
Hago calistenia y me sirven de mucha ayuda para el calentamiento. Yo pedí la verde, 50 kg, sólo las he utilizado en dos ocasiones, pero por el momento he de decir que la calidad es buena. Respecto al precio es muy bueno, ya que en otras ocasiones me he llegado a gastar más dinero en gomas de menos peso.

Parfait pour exécuter mes tractions
Le poids de corps est ma grande faiblesse. Bien que j'ai gagné en force au bout de presque un an de musculation, je n'arrive pas à me soulever moi-même. Afin de pouvoir tout de même faire des tractions, j'ai décidé d'acheter une à deux bandes de résistance. A partir des indications données sur les images, j'ai pu choisir celles qui étaient le mieux adaptée. La verte étant recommandée pour la grande majorité des femmes pour faire des tractions, je l'ai selectionné. J'ai pris également la bande violette, que je pourrai utiliser une fois que j'aurai gagné plus en force.J'ai testé la verte. J'ai fait 4 séries de 10 tractions pour débuter, et ça chauffe ! il me tarde de gagner en force.Très bon achat, très résistant et efficace, je recommande !

Tolles Sportgerät
Da die Zeiten, wo ich 10 Klimmzüge schaffte, längst vorbei sind, habe ich mich für das grüne Widerstands-Band entschieden und mit meiner Entscheidung genau richtig gelegen. Mit diesem robusten und dicken Band taste ich mich nun als Unterstützung langsam wieder an frühere Zeiten ran. Ob es gelingt, werde ich sehen. Mit dem Band habe ich auch noch andere Workouts gemacht. Für Bizeps mit beiden Füßen auf das Band gestellt und Curls getätigt. Für den Rücken vorgebeugtes Rudern. Beides natürlich beidarmig, da ich nicht Hercules bin. Habe mal mit einem Arm probiert, das Band zu dehnen. Konnte ich vergessen. Fühle mich aber mit der Entscheidung für dieses Trainingsgerät rundum wohl.
