I like it because it has been working right out of the box, and is doing fine. no troubles so far.

I ordered this product because I needed for my work. Very glad I opened and installed it. And there was my total deception. The Bay didn't work. I tested all The installation and noticed that the light from the power adapter was off. I tested the dock with other power adapter and it worked. But The power adapter that came with the product is totally dead. So this company is sending products with defective parts?. It's Very disappointing.

Didn’t come with instructions in English so it took me a few minutes to figure out, but other than that it does what it’s supposed to.

Wow, I am totally impressed with this product. Nothing to download to make it work, just plug it in and let it do all the work. I like the fact that I can feel secure knowing my pictures and documents are backed up. I am thinking of purchasing a new computer and this is a must-have device for transferring my files. I first connected the USB and powered the Docking Station on and voila, the work was done for me. It is small, effective, quick, and holds tons of files. What's not to like. A definite must for peace of mind.

drive does not aline with units contacts. did slight damage to one of my hdd. no manual, could not obtain on website.

This worked fine until I updated my iMac 2017 OS X to Big Sur. Now the drive goes to sleep despite the OS X settings telling it not to do so. I can find no support page or phone for SeaTay.

Really well made and very straightforward. It's simple to use and works great. I love that it takes 2 different sizes. I go through 2 different hard drives on a regular, and I love that I can take one out and put one in within seconds.

This thing works like a charm! Cloned 2 drives so far with no hiccups.
