I was keen to receive this item and experience the benefits on the sound, but before I even used, found I was disappointed at the build quality in that the felt on the bottom was off center, would not expect this considering the price of this item

This is a nice and substantial weight, it's got a clean design and is machined well with no harsh edges or major defects, there's a little bit of indentation on the top like a harder material was sat on it but it's barely noticeable.Has a thick felt pad underneath and fits well under the dust cover of my turntable, happy with it.

The item works really well and is finished to a high standard. The hole in the middle is little too large which means the spindle doesn't fit snugly and the weight can sit ever so slightly off-centre, but it's not a big deal. It would be nice to see a range these items built to different weight specifications to suit everyone's individual needs.
