Worth the time to install
The time it takes to install is faster than taking it to a shop. Pop off the old mirror, disconnect wires. I used needle nose plyers. Getting the two metal clip/springs off the old mirror took the most time. I took a Dremel tool to grind away the surrounding plastic. Slide the clip/springs in the new mirror. Reinstall the wires. Align the metal clip/springs to orient the mirror correctly and then press on. Finish by pressing in the center until you stop hearing the plastic clicks.

Good option
I was so happy that I found this replacement. As everywhere I looked was around $100 or higher only for the mirror. My husband was able to replace it within minutos.The only down side is slightly bigger than the original, and you can tell that is is replacement since it is a bit different than the original mirror.
