This is a great little book from Albert Kiefer, who is know for his house portraits. I started his video course recently and was interested to see he had a book of his drawings out. It's a collection of his illustrations of Japanese architecture, stunningly captured in pen and marker pen. It's a tad pricey for such a small book but well worth it in my opinion, the concertina format is novel and adds to the appeal.

If you like Alberts work get this. Please don’t buy the blatant cheap rip off version from someone who has stolen his work. The quality is awful. Buy the original instead.

A 5 star finish to this concertina book, which complements the quality of Mr Kiefer's stylish sketches. It can also be viewed as a normal page by page book. I find a lot of inspiration from it and am now getting started on my own work. Thank you Albert.

So glad Albert has a book, since im doing his course thought id buy his book so i can see some of his illustrations in person. Didn’t disappoint will be taking pride of place in my bookcase of artists who have a big influence on my work.

I am so glad I bought this . It is a concertina book with a lot of Albert Kiefers Japan work. They are rather wonderful. So glad I can unfold and frame in a long srltrip I think maybe. It comes in a little sleeve instead if the normal dust jacket . Wonderful to just lay it out and and admire eack work and to see them all laid out is better than a book makes it more like the concertina sketch books I suspect he uses.The intro is not English but it is fairly easy to find the information about this book on line if you really want it . You really don't need it to enjoy his lovely work.
