Love these pans! Easy to use and clean. My breakfast consists of an egg fried with goat cheese and fresh Parmesan and nothing sticks to the pan! Very, very easy to clean and use.

I bought these after we noticed our Teflon pans were scratched and were concerned about the potential health risk of continuing to use them. I did a lot of research on alternatives and decided this was the best way to go. The pans are not as nonstick as our old Teflon pans, but pretty close. If I could give these 4.5 stars, that would have been my rating. So far, they have held up well, with no scratching or other damage visible. The weight is good, and the handles are easy to work with. They cook very evenly on a gas stove, and it's nice to have small and medium-sized pans for different uses. I tried using Avacado oil in them, but it tended to stick more than butter, so that is my go-to when cooking. Also, we generally just wipe them out when finished using them with a damp cloth, but we've also just put them in the dishwasher, with no issues. Overall, good value for the money, and I recommend them to a friend.

The skillets replaced non-stick skillets that contained chemicals linked to environmental dangers. My goal was to replace the offending skillets with a safer non-stick surface. So far the skillets seem perfect. The user is advised to use "some" cooking oil (not spray and not low smoke point), and using a little oil and keeping the skillets from over-heating has worked perfectly. Nothing sticks --- so far -- and that includes beef, eggs, sandwiches, sausages, etc. They heat evenly and have perfectly flat bottoms (no warping), which allows them to perform well with my glass stove top. Note: As the instructions indicate, you cannot use them with an induction stove top. The skillets clean easily and after a month of use the bottoms and the inside retain their "as new" color.

I've had these pans for a few months now and I'm still very pleased with them. They look brand new and wash up beautifully. Since I've been trying to eat and cook healthy, I didn't want anything nonstick. I purchased some stainless steel cookware, but the frying pans are difficult to cook with for my husband and everything was sticking even with oil. He likes to make breakfast on the weekends and was getting frustrated. I knew that the ceramic pans were a healthy option but wasn't expecting them to be so easy to work with. Most of the time I don't even use oil and everything slips right out of the pan. Great for eating healthier and my husband loves cooking with them also, but of course he likes to use butter! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the outside bottom of the pan after a few months gets almost a sticky coating even though the pans are thoroughly washed in hot soapy water. But they sit in a drawer in my kitchen when not being used so it's not a big deal. This is definitely something to buy if you're looking for good quality ceramic frying pans. The two sizes are perfect for whatever you're cooking.

There’s nothing better than cooking up some great food on these beautiful pans. Definitely one of my favorites of them all! This would be a perfect gift for anyone. They look good. They cook up some really great food without any sticking issues and they clean up well. I have the white ones.

Great pans!! The pictures of the burnt on food are from to high of heat and no oil. Follow the reduced heat instructions instead of turning the stove up to blast furnace levels and these pans work great!! Easy to clean hardly any residue left in the pan when I’m done cooking take less than a minute to wash unlike straight stainless that has to be scraped and scrubbed for 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

I bought this pan at a discount store originally, and enjoyed the non-stick. It became our go to pan. Unfortunately, if these get too hot, the non-stick is ruined and they are trash. I bought a replacement pair of pans because they are cheap, work well and last if you don't overheat them. I bought new pans. Unfortunately, I got a halfway open box, two pans dropped loosely in the box with no packaging, no padding, and clear damage from banging into each other during shipping. When I pull the pans out, the small pan is dirty. New? I don't think so. Amazon sold me "new" pans that were damaged and used. Pay attention, Amazon. Poorly done. This stuff will drive people back to brick and mortar stores, where we know exactly what we're getting.

So far it works perfectly, I hope it keeps like that for long time, ad most important I hope it truly is healthy free from all the toxic materials others pans have, that is why I bought it on first place.

After a couple of uses the food starts getting stuck to the pan! Very disappointing

Light weight with very thin non stick coating. Require close attention with silicon utensils. Works well.
