Q: Does this product have a 3" core? Will it fit in the regular Duck tape dispenser?

Yes it will fit the normal tape dispenser and it is absolutely outstanding game tape extra thick with an adhesive. I highly recommend it

Q: I'm looking for a good clear tape that will stay stuck for hanging posters on a wall. Anyone try this tape and can comment on other than boxes?

Only problem might be pulling the paint off the (dry)wall when you remove the poster - the adhesive is pretty good, especially if burnished. Test a hidden section of wall to make sure. Have you tried Command Large Picture-Hanging Strips?

Q: Will this dispenser work with the larger rolls of package tape, or just the smaller rolls?

Thank you for your question! The dispenser should work with any size roll that is on a 3" core.
