Stable, sharp and easy to use
Although this item is lightweight compared to others I have had, it is much easier to use die to the excellent shape, rubber feet and sharp blades. I have always used the plastic grater that sits over a rectangular box and the ability to change the metal heads but it kept breaking. I was worried the stand up graters would be hard to clean, but this one is a snap!
