Nice way to teach kids about Diwali
I’m very happy with this purchase as it allowed me to teach my kids about the festival, Diwali. The illustrations on this book are really good and have done an excellent job in depicting about Indian culture. My kid loves reading this book and is able to relate Diwali with all the things that are mentioned in the book.

Love Peppa Pig and Diwali!
Thank you Peppa for making a Diwali book!! Every kid loves Peppa and incorporating Diwali is just even better! Love the book and the simple explanations. Love the illustrations and how the story is told in the about Peppa's family celebrating and what they do. Only feedback, is Diwali isn't just celebrated only in India - as the book states - it is celebrated all over the world, Guyana, Trinidad, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand etc.!

Doesn't teach about Diwali
Doesn't actually teach about Diwali, the essence of it. Just... about food. What a joke.

As someone who grew up celebrating Diwali, it was ok, but could have been a lot better. Glad they are trying to be more incorporating of other cultures but wish it captured Diwali better. They got the sweets, family time and lights but wasn’t engaging
