Charging Failure After Few Months of Use
The toothbrush cleans well when it works, but after some months it suddenly stopped charging. No charging light, no vibration, completely dead. I tried different adapters and sockets but nothing worked. Very disappointing for a product from Philips. I also noticed many users reporting similar charging and sudden failure issues online. Would not recommend this model for long-term reliability.

Good quality tooth brush for the money. Had a another Philips sonicare and broke twice within the year of purchase, but this hasn’t had any issues yet. Battery could last a little longer but a charger on hand. The 2 settings I find enough. Recommended purchase.

Much better than manual brushing
This is a great but inexpensive electric toothbrush. My old one just slowed down too much after 9 years of usage so got this lesser model that is $50 less and am glad I did. My teeth got rejuvenated again because the speed intensity increased and it works perfectly with my new Ollie toothpaste with Hydroxyapatite that everybody SHOULD be using.
