Works great
Fits Yamaha Wolverine RMax xtr 1000. The one that came with my side x side kept sticking so the glove box was on the passengers knees. I installed this one and it works perfectly plus it locks so I can lock my handgun in the glove box when I'm out riding.

Not what I wanted
The item itself is probably good but it did not fit my application. I looked at the description in the listing but it did not tell me the diameter of the shaft part of the latch. It turned out to be about 1 inch and I needed 1/2 inch. Many amazon descriptions have the same problem. Most of the time it gives you the package dimensions of the product.

... nut that locks it to the bag is very poor and keeps getting loose
This is exactly what I need for my motorcycle saddlebags however the quality of the nut that locks it to the bag is very poor and keeps getting loose. I don't know how to keep it locked to my bag maybe I need to super glue or melt the plastic nut
