Great medium-grit refill pads
The adhesive backing is quite sticky and shouldn't have any issue staying attached to the file. The medium grit does a great job filing down my nails.

NOT INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED AS LISTING STATES
Purchased (2 packages) for my mobile foot care (nurse) business. I require file liners to be individually wrapped in plastic for infection control. These did NOT come individually wrapped as listing stated they would. I cannot use these as they are.They are also quite large for a normal stainless steel paddle.

Nice 'grit' but doesn't fit my pedicure file
I like the idea of these pad refills. Although, they don't fit my file, however, I found that the flexibility worked well when not used on the file. I really like the grit 'level' of these.
