This stove is phenomenal. I had a receding gum that was causing me pain. I started using this toothpaste and the gum was healthy again in no time at all. I avoided a trip to the dentist.

I started using this toothpaste for a month or so before my dentist appointment and the hygienist was very impressed with how clean my teeth were and how healthy my gums looked. I read an article that hydroxyapatite was a healthy alternative to fluoride and it's composition is similar to that of tooth enamel. I found Biorepair and haven't turned back. It has a mint flavor, but it's not as sweet as Crest. So it took a little getting used to, but wasn't bad. I want to add that I used their Total Protection Repair after the Gum Protection and found that my teeth don't stay clean as long. I feel like there is build up on my teeth after a few hours. But still received good reviews from the dentist.

The FDA approves only fluoride for protecting and maintaining tooth structure against bacterial‑driven decalcification. It says nothing about mechanical wear or the gradual cracking that progresses over the years. In the U.S., several products claim to reduce sensitivity or reverse early decalcification. They may be effective, but their mechanisms aren’t supported by government agencies. The rest of the world has long used calcium hydroxyapatite. Because it contains calcium and phosphate, it mimics the fundamental material of both teeth and bone. The challenge was delivering it into the tooth surface, which was solved by reducing the crystal size. Debate followed: some favored formulas with up to 40% microparticles, while others preferred about 10% nanoparticles. Both approaches received regulatory approval, though some researchers worried that nanoparticles might enter cells similarly to nano plastics. Biorepair eventually shifted from nanoparticles to microparticles, and both versions have performed well. I was somewhat concerned that eliminating stannous fluoride meant losing its gum‑protective benefits, so I alternated between two products. The newer Biorepair formulation adds gum protection as well. As one gets older, having both benefits becomes increasingly important

I replaced a more common brand, and this works much better. I have gum issues, especially around 2 implants and some other work. This cleaned them up and stops irritation at the base

Yes, this is rather expensive (thus only 4 stars); however it's worth every cent! I visit the dentist every 3 months for issues with my gums and the hygienist seemed impressed at my recent visit after hearing what I'd been using. Aside from healthier gums, it's helped a LOT with tooth sensitivity (who knew chewing ice for years puts micro cracks in you teeth?!). I will be purchasing this again!

Good quality products

We love Biorepair toothpastes from Italy. They do not have many of the toxic ingredients found in other brands. This version has made quite a difference in our gums over the course of the past few months. The taste is also great. Highly recommend this toothpaste and this brand in general for anyone looking for safer ingredients.
