These do not crackle for me in my soywax candles, but they are easy to put in holders and plunk into a jar of wax and walk away. The cotton wicks wouldn’t stay straight or burn high enough for a 3 1/2” jar.

This is a paper thin wood wick that won’t stay lit even if you triple double wick it. I can’t believe someone will even call this a wood wick because it feels like a colored paper that’s how thin it is. Save your money.
