Has anyone tried to marble with acrylic paints on Yupo?

Typically, marbling techniques depend on the absorbency of the substrate on which the technique is applied. Since Yupo paper is a non-absorbent surface, it is hard to say for sure how well it will work for you. We have not tested the Yupo paper to be used this way.

What is the advantage of using Yupo paper instead of glossy paper?

Yupo is a plastic sheet. I'm not sure what glossy paper your referring to, glossy photo paper? It just depends on what you want to do with it.

Can it be cut to size?

I've never cut it but I don't know why it cannot be cut with a pair of scissors or a razor blade. There's a lot of information on the internet about Yupo.
