Curbs appetite and cravings big time!
Such great Magnesium! It works to suppress appetite and keep you feeling full. I omitted this from my diet and gained 5 pounds - nowI am back on track. Trader Joe's used to sell a similar type and it worked so well to keep the extra pounds off. Glad to get this Magnesium now that Trader's has discontinued. Rad. GOD BLESS.

Pros and Cons
I've been using this product a while. I use it to help regulate my blood pressure and regulate my bowels. It's less harsh than magnesium citrate on the bowels but I don't like that it contains magnesium stearate. The magnesium citrate did seem to help lower blood pressure more quickly. But overall, for my particular body needshelated magnesium oxide works best.
