Wow!
I started on these and felt pretty bloated for a couple of days so decided to stop. A week later I came back to them as I had noticed a significant change after just two days of taking them. Good biotic mix for sensitive gut
I suffer from IBS and I tried many products. This one seems helping a little bit to keep my tummy issues under control. I started taking it after I had a tummy bug to help me restore the bacteria balance in my gut and I must say it helped. This combined with a healthy diet can help improve symptoms. I just bought it again to go for another month.

Buying probiotics is a precarious business, there are so many scams and placebos on the market. However, if you are having stomach issues, then rebalancing the bacterias in your stomach is a vital component to rectify any allergies in the stomach, something I have been attempting to do for 4 months and the probiotics are working.Thankfully I have access to a mora testing machine which is a laboratory machine that can machine that can test foods, pharmaceuticals and other items and its effect on the stomach.I am pleased to announce that VITL probiotics are real, and have a positive effect on the stomach and this is definitive. The other way to check is to empty the powder into a glass of milk, and then pour another glass of milk and dont put any powder in. If live bacterias are contained within the tablet, the 2 milk samples will be significantly different.
