I bought this 16" Universal Slim Electric Radiator Cooling Fan for my 2005 Ram 1500, and I’ve got to say, it works great! It moves a lot of air and really helps keep the engine temperature down, especially when I’m stuck in traffic or idling for a while. The fan is slim enough to fit easily in tight spots, and I like that it can be set up as either a push or pull fan — super handy depending on where you need it. Swapping the polarity and flipping the blades was quick and easy. Installation was pretty straightforward. The mounting kit that comes with it works fine, though the plastic ties could be a little stronger — I might upgrade those later. Just a heads-up, it doesn’t come with a relay or thermostat switch, so you’ll need to grab those separately if you want it to kick on automatically. For the price, the build quality is solid. It’s lightweight, not noisy, and the airflow is surprisingly powerful. Definitely a big improvement over my old fan. Se ve de buen material, y no se escucha desde la cabina al momento de encender, se le adaptó para el aire acondicionado solamente, de consumo creo que le jala menos de 10amps, no le afecta al alternador, pero sí un poco al radiador del agua ya que arrancando en frío tarda el motor un poco más en llegar a temperatura óptima de trabajo, pero éso ya es tema aparte, lleva un año de uso y sigue funcionando.
