Is there a tape that is easier to open? I can't use mine because customers have to destroy the bag to get into it if they don't have a tool to cut.

You can try a 3/8" or 1/2" paper masking tape such as Shurtape CP-631 to see if customers have an easier time with that.

Can this be used to seal bag over a lollipop stick?

I did a couple tests and I'm going to say yes. It can be used to seal bags over lollipops. As long as the stick is smaller than a pencil. Anything as large as a pencil is too large for it.

can you use it for ice

Good day dear customer, if you mean you will use bag sealing tape in this dispenser to close ice bags, we don't recommend it as the tape won't react properly to extremely low temperatures with humidity and heavy weights added to them.
