I’ve never tried this supplement before so I can’t compare it with similar. It doesn’t taste very good by itself but I can tell it’s very fresh. I put it in my coffee with creamer or in a smoothie. The dose is 1/2 tsp so it’ll last a long time. I seem to have better memory now, which is why I bought it- have been studying Indian herbs. It tastes like really strong green tea. I’m happy with it.

If you are trying to get the best deal on Bacopa powder, this is it. Buying capsules or compressed "herbal tablets" costs a fortune. Bacopa is sold at the local garden shops in Fort Worth, TX. But keeping the plant alive can be challenging. Bacopa is an ornamental shrub in India, where is grows wild. The weather, sun and rain in Texas doesn't mesh with what this plant enjoys. If I could figure out how to grow this in my herb garden, I could save a fortune.
