With its egg shape, it fits well in the hand. Take care of it, put it on and watch it develop with his friends and even choose a job. For the first time, it is equipped with a colour display, touch buttons and a camera. Connect your Tamagotchi to the real world using the camera. Take photos with your virtual pet, cook for it, customize objects, make new friends and let them play. Touch buttons allow you to interact in a completely new way by personalizing objects and even stroking your Tamagotchi by swiping your finger! Visit friends, like/share photos and give virtual gifts via the built-in Tama Social network. 17 different games offer the opportunity to win Gotchi points and make your virtual companion happy. You can also perform missions on Tamagotchi.com to unlock additional functionalities. Each Tamagotchi egg is unique. There are 3 egg types, 24 characters to raise and for each 3 possible professions. When your Tamagotchi leaves, he will choose the next egg for you! Choose between 6 languages for the game: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese. Ages 6+ Requires 2 x AAA batteries (not included). Directions Instructions included Safety Warning Warning: not suitable for children under 4 years. Use under adult supervision Review: Loves it - Requested gift by 26 yr old. She loves it. Only complaint was delivery. Was not sent out when released on 19/12 as delivery delayed by manufacturer and then again by delivery company so didnt receive in time for Christmas Review: Great but rechargeable batteries a must! - Long time Tama fan - Shop around, as prices are different everywhere, but expect to pay more for the blue and green ones, as they're newer, different on the inside, and have slightly longer battery life than the earlier pink and purple ones. That being said, I use rechargeable batteries, and my Litron (spelling) only lasted three days, but that was with heavy use. Haven't tried my rechargeable Duracell batteries yet, as they're in other Tamas I'm running, but they do tend to last longer. A have a lot of rechargeable batteries, so it's not a huge deal. A mini screwdriver is needed to press in the top button as well, to take off the battery door; just mind you don't press a front "button" when changing the batteries and replacing the battery door. Easy to use. It's a bit odd that there are no actual pressy buttons, but more like nubs that are touch sensitive. Once I figured out how much pressure to apply then operation was absolutely fine. I have adult fingers too, but I manage just fine. Camera quality is a bit low, so good lighting is essential. There is a QR Code function, and already there is an extensive catalogue of items/accessories/rooms/decor/meals/snacks available online. There's also a weekly mission and prize on the official website. I recommend getting a screen protector and cover and/or case. They're cheaper on AliExpress, but delivery is a month, but worth it. I do not have any negatives. A manual is provided, but a more extensive digital PDF version is available online; a must have. Thee are also character guides on the official website also. I know it's pricey, but there's so much packed into a colour Tama, and if looked after it will last years and years. ## Features - Warning:Not suitable for children under 36 months - Tamagotchi Pix is an interactive egg shaped game that fits in one hand and allows you to raise your virtual pet. The official instruction manual lists "Deutsch" (the German word for German) as a language option, not Dutch, so yes I believe the product can be played in German. **Q: When is the green(nature) shell coming out?** A: It will coming soon. **Q: can you text on the tamagotchi?** A: You can't text to other Tamagotchi. **Q: When will the green one be available? Can you give an approximate month?** A: December 5 ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Loves it *by L***Z on 20 January 2022* Requested gift by 26 yr old. She loves it. Only complaint was delivery. Well this is now her new favourite toy and its so much better in so many ways with a lot of features and she can connect to her friends Tamagotchi's Pix. They got a Tamagotchi club hehe. The only drawback I have for this (otherwise it'd be an easy 5 stars) is the battery life is absolutely dreadful. It takes 2 AAA batteries which you need a small Philips head screwdriver to replace the batteries. I'm not sure if its due to how much my daughter is playing with it but we're literally having to change the batteries every 3 days or so. Her friend also mentioned that it drains the battery quick but I didn't think it was this often. We use rechargeable batteries so it's something that we can live with as she loves it so much, however I thought I'd highlight this as it might be a deal breaker for some people. Otherwise it's the perfect gift for young kids (daughter is 8 yrs). ## Frequently Bought Together - Tamagotchi Pix - Ocean (Blue) - Meetikar Carrying Case and Silicone Cover Compatible with Tamagotchi Pix Virtual Pet Game Machine, (5-in-1) Silicone Cover for Tamagotchi Pix, with Finger Lanyard and Screen Protector (Blue) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ph/products/389607444-tamagotchi-pix-ocean-blue-42903](https://www.desertcart.ph/products/389607444-tamagotchi-pix-ocean-blue-42903) --- *Product available on Desertcart Philippines* *Store origin: PH* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
