WAY too powerful for little ones
I got this because my son's previous electric toothbrush (with oscillating head) ran out of battery and didn't have a replaceable head. I hoped that he would like this one as much. I use a sonic toothbrush, so I know how it feels, and there's not much better way to describe it than jarring at first. I hoped and assumed that this would be a much gentler sonic toothbrush since it's geared towards kids. It is not. The lowest setting is supposed to be for younger kids, but my son absolutely hated it. He basically started crying it, and it took several days of brushing without the sonic feature on before he started to trust me that I wouldn't turn it on.It's too bad, because the build quality is good, and it's a cute toothbrush. We'll keep it and still use it, but the sonic feature is just too powerful for our kid. If your kid is sensitive at all, you'll probably face the same issue.

Too expensive and replacement heads not available
They work great and keep their teeth clean, getting them cleaner faster than traditional manual brushes do which is great because with their short attention spans they don't usually brush as long as they really should. I couldn't find replacement heads which make the life span of these relatively short.And why so expensive!?! These are currently priced at $50 and offering a 5% off promo. That is more than 6 times as expensive as the electric brushes you can get from the grocery store but those usually don't last very long but even if these last longer I can't see making it a good value.

Cute base
I love the base. It is super cute in a cloud shape. The toothbrush worked well for my 3 year old. He was able to hold it well and a great way to teach him to brush.

Not perfect, but it’s ok
This WHITOP ED05 Kids Electric Toothbrush is designed with kids in mind. The handle is grippy and a good size for kids hands. It’s not complicated to operate and doesn’t have a million settings which is always a plus when it comes to kids. There is a 2 minute timer as well, and it will let you know every 30 seconds to switch the area you are brushing. I think the charging base looking like a cloud is really cute, it’s quite gender neutral but still kid friendly.Really the only issue I have with this is the brush heads. I am not a fan of the ones that are included. There usable, but they feel really plastic like and weird. They also do not sell replacements currently either. And none of the other kinds of heads I have for kids fit on it. I only had two to try, but still they did not fit. Overall due to this and the high price tag I am giving 3 stars.

Keeps Kids Brushing Longer & In All Areas Of Mouth
Electric hygiene products keep our kids more motivated to brush their teeth. This model is cutely designed, has a two minute shut-off timer, three cleaning modes and a 30 second pause to let kids know when it’s time to move on to a different mouth quadrant.The unit also comes with two heads. Unfortunately, I can’t find replacement heads for this particular model at the Whitop storefront located within Amazon's website. They make adult replacement heads—we’re hoping by the time we need some, they will also be available. This unit has a long charge life—about two months.
