I guess I understand the theory behind this mask, but it's really not worth it. The mask is too cold when cooled to put directly on your eyes, and if you add a cloth like suggested, well then you just have too much on your face and you might as well just use a cool wash cloth. All that won't stay in place. In the end I was left wondering what the point of it all was, and whether or not it was really worth it.

I really like the mask; it's great at reducing sleep-swelling and allergy itchiness. But, within about a week it developed a strange fog in the gel and I've not figured out how that happened. I didn't heat it up or stick it in a microwave. I may have fallen assleep with it on and drooled on it, but there's no way the drool could have gotten into the mask...Nonetheless, for now it still works great despite aesthetic flaws.

Overall it's an acceptable gel mask. I wish it were a little larger and that it had a more substantial strap (it just has a stretchy cord). I use it for cooling my eyes, so I typically keep it in the freezer, then wrap a thin cloth around it before wearing. It does stay cold for a while. The entire mask is open for the gel to flow thru... meaning the nose section doesn't keep the gel in the left eye separate from the gel in the right eye, and I find myself frequently squeezing one of the eyes to balance out the gel, since they tend to get lopsided from handling.Like I said, average eye mask. There's probably better out there, but this is certainly worth the price.

This eye mask is not advertised or priced correctly. It should NOT be priced at 13 dollars. That amount is essentially a robbery as this product has turned out to be laughably useless. How is it that the gel pouch could break and leak its contents after only 1 use? Amazon management: Where's the quality control here? Are there no standards in business anymore? No business deserves to profit from manufacturing such a poorly made and fragile product. Why didn't you say it was single-use and disposable? Is it because then people wouldn't pay 13 dollars for it?A small, stupid and minor inconvenience but still yet another of a myriad of examples of why our country's economy and working and middle class are suffering: we are constantly underpaid and sold low-value products with slick advertising. Guess that's the American way...

For the brand name, I thought this would be an excellent product. Was I in for a disappointment!! For as expensive as it was, I was expecting a quality item. It is very small, better for a child than an adult, except the flimsy rubber-band like attachment to put around the head makes it unsafe for a child to use and too tight and easily breakable for an adult. As a nurse, I see safety issues with this product and am disappointed that Amazon would sell such an inferior item. This is the FIRST negative review I have ever given on any Amazon product I have bought (which is many), that tells you how bad it is. Do NOT waste your money on this.

Hard to get it to conform to the eye area well. Just touching the top of the eyelids don't help puffiness under the eye. A more flexible material might be better.

This gel mask is okay but probably not worth the effort and cost. I used it a few times and then gave up. It doesn't really do more than a cold washcloth and is too small to cover the necessary eye area.

These are very small eye pads with very little gel. If you are not careful, all the gel will go to one eye patch as it can travel back and forth between the two.I would have sent them back but there is nothing defective, they are just very small and I doubt they would hold heat or cold for very long.

Product took 11 days to arrive..This product will not do what it states. Very small in size, contains hardly any gel, & looks very cheaply made, has a thin piece of elastic to hold in place, which is not adjustable, & very flimsy.. The price they are charging for this is not justified, I would say you would expect to see this for sale for £1.00 at the most, in a discount shop..As the product took so long to come, I had purchased on from TK Maxx, for £4.99, which is twice the size, containing sufficient gel to allow to cool in the fridge.Very disappointed with this product, & would not use this company again. Total rip off..

I love my eye gel mask and use it often, usually to help with headache of blurred vision after a day sitting at the computer slaying people on battlefield 3.It's also great to put on the forehead to eliminate headaches too, 10/10 on this one.

The photograph must have used a small model as the mask is not man sized. Also very thin with little gel filling. In order to make contact with the eye area it needs to be pressed to the face, digging a line into the bridge of the nose.

I love this mask, really soothing after a long day :)
