“I ordered two packages of this model of input pad for a relative who can write Chinese. He wanted to replace the hardware (the pad) of an earlier version of Global Penpower Jr. installed on one of his computers. During installation, the CD drive did turn for several seconds but automatic installation failed to initiate. He could not attempt manual installation since his Windows 10 File Explorer also failed to display pertinent folders. He has used different versions of Global Penpower Jr. over the past two decades and currently has separate Global Penpower Jr. input pads working for three different computers. This is the first time he has experienced a problem like this. The problematic packages are made in Taiwan but this should not be a factor.”

My wife wanted a chinese writing pad to hook up to computer for writing chinese. After searching on the internet, this was the best deal. Works!

The hand writing area is too big, covered 1/9 of the screen and covered part of the text when you are using any word processor.

The item is very well designed and is easy to use.

Screen a bit small.
