They fall off all the time so you have to keep track of them a lot. I already lost one of the gold horns because it fell off randomly and I didn’t even know until my whole nose ring itself fell out.

They’re perfect except the replacement spikes are way bigger than the spikes that come on the ring

The piercings were pretty good. They fit nice but the rubber stoppers on the pincers didn’t stay like I was hoping. Overall really good

so im only using the gauge-looking one for right now because i lost my septum ring at the beach. since the hole is closing its very convient. HOWEVER, this one is VERY tiny. i have a pretty small nose, even my piercer said i barely had enough room to pierce my septum because of the size, and this jewelry just disappears in my nose. the spiked horseshoe looks bigger, and once my nose heals ill see how it measures up a bit better, but the jewelry im using currently is super small. if thats something that concerns you or you like the look of a bold septum, maybe shy away from this one. otherwise, this entire pack is pretty great

I only got these for the crescent rings and they are way to small. You can’t even see them but they can be useful for days I wanna hide my septum. Not sure if I should return or keep them

I was under the impression that they would all be the same size but the row in the top of the picture is significantly smaller than the other 6. Not really what i was looking for hut the regular septum rings are nice i suppose
