Great quality for the price.
Purchased this for my mom and it was easy to assemble, light enough for me to move around. Doesn't fit well in the back of my truck with the cover on, but will fit in the back seat. Love the seat that she can sit on, and store items in to carry with her. Can be used as a standard walker, or with her forearms on the arm rests. Seems to be good quality, and loved the price. She feels secure and steady when walking around her apartment or down to dinner. Braking works well, although needed a lot of adjustment when we first assembled it.

Little bit too tall for short 5'-4" lady
Very nice, well built walker. But seat and arm rests about 2 inches too tall for 5'-4" lady. Little bit on the heavy side. Arm pads help to take strain off shoulders, and standing up instead of bending over helps relieve pain in lower back. 88 year old lady likes it better than her standard walker. Well worth the low price.

Best thing ever!
I returned this one, but only because it was an accidental duplicate, I kept one of them. I can’t say enough good about this walker, I love it so much! I have a bad knee that works fine until it suddenly gives out and I can’t put any weight on it for a while. It is hard using a cane, but this walker lets me keep walking without a hitch, I just put more weight on my arms until my knee comes back. My husband says I walk a lot more upright and without a limp, too. It seems like I am able to walk a lot farther than with a cane, for sure with a LOT less pain! It took Hubby and me about 10 minutes to assemble. The little basket works beautifully for carrying my purse, and when I pick up items in a store, I just put them on top of the seat and put my purse in the basket. I always thought transitioning to a walker as I grew older would be a real pain and a loss of freedom, but this walker makes it easy. I don’t mind the hassle of putting it in the van, it is well worth it to be able to walk a distance instead of just hobbling the shortest distance possible. It does NOT do well on gravel, though, it is definitely for smooth surfaces. I don’t even like walking on tar with it. I had thought I would use this to take walks, but the only walks I will take with this is at the mall or the gym’s walking track. Still it makes my life much easier than using a cane. I had a nurse stop me a week ago, she hadn’t seen an upright walker but had heard about them. She noticed how much more upright I was walking compared to someone with a traditional walker. If you are thinking about getting this, JUST DO IT! DO IT NOW! You won’t regret it! It has given me a part of my life back that I thought was over…

Not real stable on dirt or gravel
Great for my hip pain, not very good on dirt or small gravel. Not as safe as I'd like, tips over easily on uneven surfaces. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone who doesn't have good upper body strength to control it if it starts to tip. The heighth adjustment is good, size works well for short folks not difficult to use but easy to assemble.

Best upright walker ever!!!!
I had the traditional type walker that I used periodically, but after knee surgery and having to use all the time for a while, the handles made both my hands and my back hurt from having to lean forward to both push it and keep it far enough in front of me that it didn’t bump my knee. I already have major back issues and DJD in my hands along with arthritis, so my other walker was killing me. I saw one of these at a class reunion and told myself I needed to have one of these instead of the traditional one so as not to put all the pressure on my hands and back. I didn’t want to spend money out of pocket, figured it should be covered by insurance. Of course all my insurance wanted to cover was the traditional one even after my doctor wrote a note saying I needed the stand up straight ones, so I just decided to forget it. After the knee surgery and it killing both my back and my hands I broke down and ordered this one. OH MY GOSH!!! What a difference!!! I wish I would have invested in one of these years ago!! It’s so much easier on both my back (from not having to lean forward and over) and my hands (since you’re supported by your forearms), I wanted to kick myself for not getting one years ago. They only thing I’m not quite sure about is having to transport it. I’ve kept this one at home and used the smaller one for my car, but I absolutely hate having to use the other one. I’ll have to update this review once I’ve actually folded it up and put it in the car to go somewhere. I know it’s going to be a little heavier because of the extra parts for your arms and hands, but if I can manage, I know it will be worth it. The maneuverability and ease of use AND the strength of quality this one has is far superior to all the others. Don’t wait like I did if you’re sitting on the fence. It’s worth every penny. Your back and hands will thank you for it!!!

The welds are defective!
I purchased this walker in Feb 2024. A year later the weld that connects the seat frame to the leg broke while I was walking with it. The walker collapsed while I was walking down the ramp in front of my house. Luckily I was able to grab the railing on the ramp, and didn’t fall. Elenker sent me a replacement immediately. It’s been a year since I received the replacement and the same exact thing happened on the replacement except for the weld breaking on the left side of the walker. Be very cautious if you have this walker.

Great Walker..Takes time to get used to differences
Great walker! Standing straighter stops back pain. 22lbs. is too heavy for me to lift tho, so it's not light weight. Braking is harder than a smaller walker with brakes in a different place. I'm getting used to the new height & steering it with both sets of handles (not at the same time!) Also, changing direction or turning it around to stand up takes a bit more strength.
