Love this manger! Product was just as described. Very beautiful and well built.

I'm so pleased with the quick shipping and good quality of this stable. Somehow, through the years, I ended up with the figures for a Nativity scene, but no stable, and just placed the figures on a shelf or table top to display. I finally decided to complete the set this year. At first, I thought this stable was quite expensive and almost didn't buy it, but I am so glad I did. The quality is very high, and my scene now looks so meaningful and impressive. It is perfect for me as is, but a few embellishments could be added, like small hay bales, clay pots, vines, etc. I have seen some of these items at craft stores...oh, maybe a star of Bethlehem on top of the roof!? Anyway, great item and I'm very satisfied. Merry Christmas!

Just what I was looking for! I need a smaller, but not too small, crèche for my nativity set. I love that this one is realist, with a little upper area for a lamb. The figures are able to stand up without falling over. My nativity figurines are about 5-6” tall. It’s a darling crèche.

Absolutely perfect. My nativity set is 5” tall (Tallest figure) and I didn’t want the manger to look too short or not deep enough for all of the figures. This one is perfect. Not only is it roomy enough, it has lifelike additions. The ladder up to the loft, and the lean to are wonderful touches to give it an authentic appearance. I am so happy that I chose THIS manger over the others available here. I highly recommend. Merry Christmas.

This is the first product on Amazon I've ever reviewed that I believe is potentially unsafe. I'd report to the CPSC if I weren't too lazy.Here's the problem: the roof of this manger is decorated with dry kindling. I think it's kinda a fire hazard to put the thing under a live tree. I've just now confirmed that this "thatch" (or whatever it is) can catch fire instantly. I don't think it's safe to have around electricity and Christmas lights, though I'm no safety expert. Though with a plastic tree, I imagine, this product is no more dangerous than many ornaments on your tree.Other than that, this is a five-star product that you're gonna love. Solidly put-together and very convincing-looking. They just need to change the material that the roof is covered with.

Rustic just as a stable should look. My shipping box was damaged but luckily the stable was just fine. So other reviews state it's flimsy or poorly constructed. It's a stable meant to sit under your tree not support your full body weight during a traditional holiday gymnastic display!! I have received numerous compliments on the stable and would recommend it for anyone looking for a stable.

I purchased this to go with my Heartland Valley Traditional Porcelain Nativity Set, 11 Pieces that I also ordered from Amazon. Much to my surprise, when the box arrived I opened it up to find a snow globe! I called Amazon and apparently I was not the first to have this complaint. Amazon told me to not bother sending back the incorrect item since it was their error and immediately gave me a credit on my account so I could reorder the Nativity Stable again, this time from another supplier if I chose.Well, I did just that and was very pleased when just a few days later the correct item arrived. The stable goes very well with my nativity pieces and provides a great backdrop to the Christmas scene. Not all of your figures will fit into this building, of course, but placing a couple of pieces in the barn and then arranging the rest on some cotton wadding or other fabric in front of the stable looks great. Only complaint is that the mossy stuff/thatch on the roof and the hay material on the floor of the stable are not glued down very well. Be prepared for it to be pretty dusty and messy when you first pull it out of the box and set it up. I'm hoping that after the loose stuff gets done coming off that there will be enough left for it to still be as detailed looking as it is upon arrival. I might try spritzing on some crafting aerosol glue spray to see if this fixes the "shedding" problem.Overall, pleased with both Amazon customer service and the look of this decoration.

I had seen a display at friend's home and loved the way she had her nativity figurines in a stable made of natural materials. I had some bear nativity figurines that I have on display all year long, but there was no stable. I searched for the perfect one, made of natural materials, that would "fit" the figurines I had. This was perfect! It has just the right amount of space and I love the natural look - like a real stable! I am very pleased with this purchase.
