I didn't use tech support so didn't rate it. The installation was simple and straightforward. When I completed the installation as per directions and connected the wires I got a yellow blinking light that indicated the battery was not properly connected. After verifying the proper connection I turned on the inverter and this solved the error. The system works as advertised and is charging my house batteries.

At minimum the combo of operating POWER, VOLTAGE, AND CURRENT should be provided.Consumers should be VERY careful whenever messing with modern automotive electrical systems, and Deltran doesn't give enough info for customers to make an informed decision. If you don't have basic understanding of circuits, voltage, current, and power, you should think twice about DIY mods to your car's electrical system and take your car to a pro.

Hooked this up to the existing leads (not Deltran leads) that I had already installed on two different motorcycles and it would not work. Just kept flashing the indicator that says no battery detected. Called Deltran technical support and the helpful technician informed me that you must use the Deltran leads with Deltran chargesInstalled the new Deltran leads and it worked perfect. Note: I could not tell any difference just by looking at them side by side.
