How do you release the suppositories, if they are tapered on both ends?

Hi Ji, I attached a snippet from the instructional video. The top of the tray is open which allows the liquid to be poured in, once the suppositories are frozen, you can put them in the microwave for 10-45 seconds, and they slide out like in the video. I hope this was helpful. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to post or contact us

Is there another way to loosen the suppositories besides using a microwave?

Hi Gabriel, you can leave them out at room temperature to loosen up (time will vary based on your mixture) or dip them in warm water (this is usually the quickest and easiest technique). We have attached a snippet from the instructional video to demonstrate. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact us, or post here.

I need to figure out a formula for a mixture of ingredients. What is the volume quantity for 4 trays in ozs.?

Hi! Each tray can make 6 suppositories of ~2ml each, so for four trays that's comes out to: 6X2X4 = ~48 ML = ~1.62 fluid Oz's

What size do the suppositories come out as?

Hi! The length of the suppository when filled to the top is slightly over one inch. We have attached a video snippet for demonstration purposes of the size. The volume for each suppository is ~0.07 fluid oz/2ML. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact us or post here

Easy to use

Molds are much better to use than the ones with end caps. Suggestion: First massage end of mold to warm it, pinch end and work up to release through opening. It takes a mold or two to get the hang of it, but results in perfectly formed suppositories.
