Comprato per sostituire una cassetta 11-32, visto che difficilmente utilizzavo il 32 ho preferito mettere una cassetta 11-28 ed avere un pignone in mezzo più piccolo, per l’esattezza un 13. La cassetta è dello stesso modello montato sulla mia bici con gruppo Shimano Sora. I pignoni per la cassetta 11-28 sono: 11-12-13-14-16-18-21-24-28. Il peso è di 255gr completo di ghiera Penso che per un uso prettamente da pianura magari con qualche salita leggera l’11-28 sia più che sufficiente, io ad esempio difficilmente uso il 28, in genere mi fermo al 21 con salite al 3/4%, il 28 lo uso al ritorno dal giro per uno strappo di 1km al 10% circa. Poi dipende tutto dal grado di preparazione, sicuramente per chi inizia il 28 é da escludere

I got a new mountain bike and needed a quieter wheel/tire combo to use with my wheel-on trainer inside the house, so I was looking to put together a single rear wheel on the cheap. My bike uses a 9 speed shimano derailleur so I bought this cassette for this set up. I've put a few hours on it already and it has done great. Easy to install and seems to do a good job for the price.

The cassette is probably from Alivio or Sora or some other lower end of Shimano. Installed on my Ultegra hub for a commuter bike. All seems good to me. No, its not light weight like the higher end units, but it is also not $80. Even if I have to replace more frequently because of lower quality steel wearing out, its still a good price.
