the shoulder extensions are fine. they just land in the wrong place because the hangers are not wide enough for a suit from 44/6-50As a follow up i would not buy these again. They are not being used. The are too Narrow across the shoulder, and they take too much space in the closet. Additionally they deform the collars of suit coats. Save your cash

These look and feel really nice. I was actually surprised they were as big and seemingly durable as they appeared. I've not actually put these on the suits I intended them for but in appearance only I am most impressed with them. They are large, wide and ...big! I think I'll be very happy with them! (*As far as me reviewing this and not having put them to the test yet........let's face it: big, heavy, broad wooden coat hanger - I've not actually used them, but how much different can they be when put to use?)

I recently purchased these for some of my more expensive suits. The broad ends are ideal for helping to maintain the form of the shoulders of a suit. Regarding their construction, multiple pieces of wood are matched and well secured together. They are sanded and then finished so that there are no rough edges that would catch fabric. They are visually pleasing to the eye with high quality fit and finish.Out of the box, there was a slight aroma from the finish, but this dissipated within hours and there has since been no smell whatsoever.The crossbar has a plastic(?) ribbed sleeve to keep the suit pants from sliding. It is secured to the hangar with screws and feels very solid.One hangar of the set had a minor issue which the seller remedied quickly once I informed him of the issue.Overall, very well made. I will likely be purchasing another set from this seller. I would highly recommend, especially at this price point.

Overal nice product. 5 for $20. Package came with 5 hangers individually wrapped with foam sheets inside its own box within the Amazon box. No bent hanging hooks here. Pieced wood and a few insignificant rough, scraped spots (see photos) but a good product for the price. The pant hanger rod is wood with an unseamed, one piece, clear plastic tube slipped over the rod before they screwed (not cheaply brad nailed!) The rod onto the hanger. The few rough spots could be emory board filed if you wish, but shouldn't pull anything but a fine cashmere sweater. Good buy. Will get more as needed for my suits.

I don't need to wear a suit too much anymore. But I'm tired of pulling a suit or sportcoat out of the closet and seeing those shoulder bumps from regular-sized hangers. Yup, even the good wood ones they came with. So, I finally broke down and bought a pack of these, and all my coats and jackets are happier for it.

They're coat hangers, so there's not much to say. The finish on these was beautiful, although closer to black than the cherry of others I've ordered in the past. I prefer to keep all my suits on these hangers to maintain the shoulders and uniformity in the closet.

These are AWFUL quality. The 'mahagony' finish is painted on and the ones they sent me had it peeling/scraped off.These are going back!

I was looking for a hanger with a curved, wide-rounded top that would prevent my suits and jackets from being mis-shaped and stretched at the top of the shoulders. This is perfect. I don't wear suits as often as I used to, so they hang a lot longer. Thin hangers doesn't support well at the shoulders as the full weight of the suit can pull and stretch the fabric over time. The wider the hanger (at the shoulders), the better the support. These are great. I highly recommend.
