Works well. The taste is better than the other brand. I wish it came in more flavors.

Loved the product a lot less sugar than the others. I exercise a lot and it helps hydrate and make my water taste better. I also use it on long flights. Will keep buying.

I will say I don't notice any energy boost or health benefits, but I love the taste. It has a nice berry flavor and it's the kind of drink you can chug. It's just that good.
