It is very bad. Quality is fine but the size is not 30 cm it is 24 cm.

It’s quite heavy.
Italian bread was perfect. Best to heat the pan slowly before use.

Big crispy dosa like market style
Market style big dosa and uttapam , easy to clean and need less storage space

Handle broken
Handle is broken. The design improvement needed. The screw should be in the middle instead there is very small cover on the top.Although dosa tava is perfect. its a big tava 30 cms which is required to make restaurant style dosas. Heavy so once properly heated, dosas making is quicker. Tried on electric glass hob and gives an uniform heat distribution.
