Ordered four large custom cushions 2 x 18 x 42 that were delivered in about three weeks or less which is pretty good for coming from China. One cushion came in the wrong color which was just slightly more gray than the other browner ones. They have many colors to choose from and some were very close to others. I messaged Rofielty via Amazon in the evening and they responded within an hour to confirm the issue once I sent a photo. That next day they shipped a replacement cushion that arrived in about two weeks and it was an exact match to the other three originally received. Obviously I did not have to return the incorrect color cushion so we will just donate it. So very happy and impressed with not just the customer service but the price was great for custom work too.

Color is exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and measures exactly as ordered. Only complaint is that the tie off is a single string versus the shown double.

We had our builder make a custom bench for us and we needed fabric seat. This was a perfect custom cushion and looks great in the space.

I worked directly with the Rofielty site. no matter who you order from these are excellent cushions.I have had the cushions for 4 months and they are wearing beautifully.I ordered the 3 inch deep cushion and it is perfect for the bench seat in my little nook. We sit here all the time. The fabric color was BS- 003 and is a pretty soft blue . the farbic itself is durable and I was a little worries about stains, coffee, wine etc since this is the primary sitting area in my kitchen and people are always drawn to sitting there. Spills wipe right off.These were worth every penny. I will order more for my outdoor couch and two chairs for the porch.My only regret is that I did not order them sooner. they have made my kitchen seating much more comfortable. thank for a great product!- Gabrielle
