Often times products aren't QC'd. These were. Tracks were true, casting was square, and parts were in good working order. I would buy from the company again.

Installed it about a week ago. At first I thought it was a bit too high a price so I backed off. Then I did some measurements on my gate frame and realized this is one of the few rollers which fit my gate exactly so I ordered it. Looking at what arrived, I was impressed by the beefy construction. My gate rollers were 32years old and were cheap pressed steel with wobbly bearings. This set had cast wheels which is much better. Also had a C channel welded into it to seat snugly on the gate frame; Heavy u bolt and the main axle bolt had a safety nylock nut. Very easy to install; Gate rolls effortlessly; I used to need 2 hands to operate and easily now rolls with one. I recommend this highly.

I got these for my 15 year old, 6ft tall, 20ft wide sliding gate with remote opener. They put cheap bushing style on originally and they just fell apart. The have the two clamps so it lines up exactly with the fence piping when tightened down. I am pretty sure these will outlast me. I do wish the bearings had the ability to be greased with a zirk fitting
