Since my puppy went into heat, she was making a mess all over my room, so I decided to get this. It took 10 days to get here, so in the mean time I took some panties of mine and cut a hole for the tail and tied the sides up to make it tight enough to stay on. Then I used pantyliners inside to absorb the blood. This worked great, but it wasn't perfect. So I was super glad when this came. There are good and bad to this product though. I measured my puppy twice and got 22 inches both times, but this was a bit big for her. It can be tightened around the waist, which i was able to do, but the sides are very loose and baggy. Also, the exterior is cloth, which I like. However, the cotton pads that you get with it (and the ones I bought extra) do not have a plastic backing, so the blood seeps thru quickly making a mess. They feel like felt that you find on a pool table. So the pads that come with it and ones you buy are useless. Using pantyliners that have the plastic backing works much better without the worry of it leaking out everywhere, and they are softer against the delicate skin. The inside pocket that is against the skin is a plastic flap with a hole. The plastic flap is not very soft, so it rubbed against my puppy leaving her rubbed raw there. So I put the pantyliner on top since it has the sticky adhesive on the back, and that solved that problem. Overall it is a good product if you use women's pantyliners instead of the cotton inserts. I would suggest buying two of these dog panties so that you have a spare when washing. I have my makeshift panties that work well enough during washing, but having that spare would be nice.

I have ordered almost 10 of these and they are a life saver. So easy to put on and remove and wash. The only thing I don’t like the padding so I use half of whisper ultra pad and change it twice a day after taking my pet for walk

Bought this for my female pug. I was looking for so.wthi g like this coz the diapers won't stick with her the entire day. This at least stick with her. For me it's useful.

Very good and convenient. You may stick human sanitary pads to it.

Useful but still improvement required, as pad place is too small and not durable....
