Best thing for someone who doesn't or can't massage a painful spot for a friend or family member. These are a life savor! As someone with chronic pain being able to have my kid sisters be able to help as well as some of my more skilled stronger friends is amazing!

It is a bit unusual massager. As I gently tapped the ball on my sore neck, it felt very comfortable easing the pain. It is a convenient method to help deal with your pains.

The tennuus ball keeps coming off after I use it for a couple of minuets.
