This product was excellent and a good price. I have had a spirit house before and this was good quality. There was a piece of the roof shingle broken (due to shipping) and the seller refunded my money which speaks a lot to their integrity.

Got this spirit house for my garden and it's a charming, well made piece! It came earlier than expected, lovingly wrapped in bubble paper and in great shape. The front and back pieces come bagged separately, so no worries about those snapping off in transit. They attach easily with small pegs and a dab of glue to keep them from sliding.I'm super happy with this piece and can't wait to set it up outside! Thank you! :)

I love all things Thai as I've spent many months living in Thailand with over 8 trips there.I'd support anything that Thais make as I love them as a people and a nation.This Spirit House is very small (smaller than the measurements) so expect something that essentially fits in your hand. The loose ornamental heads don't fit properly onto the roof and when you try and push it onto the flimsy little pin, it pushes the pin into the wood and it disappears. So one can try and glue them on but there's so much wax smeared onto the wood that you first have to strip the wax before any glue can adhere. It's a lovely little indoor ornament but expect to spend some time and DIY on it before you can use it and it's not recommended for outdoor use as an actual Spirit House (which is what I accidentally bought it for)

The spirit house is exactly as described. It is sturdy and appears to have been made to look weathered. It was packed in multiple layers of newspaper and bubble wrap and arrived in perfect condition and well within the delivery window. I will definitely buy from this vendor in the future.

We are very happy with our Thai Spirit House from GiveOrBuy in Chiangmai, Thailand. I've been in Chiangmai a number of times, and have two large spirit houses I bought there and brought home...but now, travel is not possible, so I'm very happy to have been able to add another spirit house from my beloved Chiamgmai, thanks to Amazon!

I'm very disappointed since the house is a beautiful piece of work but the spirit house arrived with 5 pieces broken off but only 4 were in the box. Where is the 5th piece?

I bought this damaged, which my teacher pension could afford. It reminds me of my visit to Thailand in the early eighties where I saw spirit houses at all homes I visited and passed by. All corporations have them in prominent places; the most memorable of those was the Caterpillar Corporation in Bangkok. My host family had a concrete one and we cleaned it as the spirit house was described to me. The Buddhist culture is not trying to save souls but to help people, reduce pain, and bring peace to the world. The spirit house helps me remember that and to leave the house with a more caring attitude.
