MEEDEN Pochade Box - Portable Tabletop Easel for Outdoor Painting, Walnut

The case and strap is flimsy but will try to glue heavy fabric inside to thicken the walls and change shoulder strap. Otherwise very nice Pochade box and great price. After my modified review I decided to keep it. It’s not quite as lightweight as I’d hope but a nice box. Can fit a lot of tubes of paint in it and I like that it has a carrying bag with it. Will line the bag with extra fabric to strengthen it. I compared it to the other brand ( I had bought both) and they are the same practically except where the strap is and I prefer having the bag.

This is the BEST so Far. Very well made . I can fit all my paints, brushes, canvases/paper, towels, carry bag has room so I can put my water, anything else I need to have a great day plein air painting anywhere I like to go . Highly recommend this over my other 5 boxes/french easels.

I love the design of this box, it is well balanced and has smart storage space.

A few years back I bought a full sized easel from Meeden and absolutely loved it. When I saw the this pochade box at such a great price I had to snag it. Well built and light weight, Love the storage spot for wet panels. A beautiful finish and super convenient.

I love this but you actually have to read the directions I won’t lie putting it together I found overwhelming, but it’s doable and it’s fine but don’t lose those directions because it’s not just a pick up and use it it’s a build it and use it but once built it’s great for the artist. And I like the nice color and the functionality of it!

Ligero elegante y práctico

This box is beautiful and well-made but WAY too heavy for a plein-air Tripod. Needs to sit on a table or your lap. It's about 8 lbs empty, but once it's loaded up it's about 12 lbs.

Just what I wanted, looks great with all the accessory options I could want.
