However, I don't like the handle. It is heavy and bulky,

It’s very sharp
I like the sharpness of the knife but was disappointed in its packaging. Because it was so difficult to open and as a result I obtain a large incision needing 4 stitches. Knives this sharp should be sold in a box given easy access to them. This incident caused me 6 hours of my day sitting in an emergency room waiting to be stitched up.
